Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our pro-grade cornhole gear.
Are your cornhole bags ACL approved?
Yes, many of our bag series are officially approved by the American Cornhole League (ACL) for competitive play. Please check the specific product description for the current season's ACL stamp status.
How should I break in my new cornhole bags?
We recommend a simple warm water soak (no soap) followed by air drying or using a low-heat dryer setting. Avoid using fabric softeners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the resin or fabric integrity.
How long does shipping take for custom boards?
Since our professional-grade boards are handcrafted to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus transit time. Standard bags typically ship within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy on used gear?
To maintain quality standards, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on bags that have been thrown or chemically broken in.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Dirty Bags Cornhole ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and package weight.
What happens if my bag develops a snag or a leak?
We stand by our craftsmanship. If your bag experiences a seam failure within 90 days of purchase under normal play conditions, contact our support team with photos for a replacement evaluation.
